Teacher Jiang Zhubing put forward specific opinions and suggestions based on the progress of this week's work. He pointed out that the sales side must establish a systematic thinking of "upward dimension and downward rooting", on the one hand, sort out existing products one by one by category, and use data-driven precise positioning of target customer groups; On the other hand, extending the tentacles to each production line, deeply intervening from process parameters to cost structure, locking in potential bottlenecks in advance, and ensuring a high match between demand forecasting and production capacity rhythm; On the production side, the performance growth management mechanism has shown initial results. The next step is to further refine the granularity of indicators, select the optimal partner with third-party professional strength as leverage, strengthen equipment maintenance and spare parts supply chain resilience, and achieve long-term stable operation of production safety.
