On November 9th, Haoyuan Company held the opening ceremony of a special training camp for prospective team leaders in the training room on the fifth floor of the comprehensive building in the park, in order to empower and enhance them, and achieve the transformation from a business backbone to an excellent grassroots manager. Vice General Manager of the company, Wu Zhenhan, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Fan Lulu, Director of the Production Technology Department in the Southern District, Han Songlin, Director of the Styrene Workshop and lecturer, as well as prospective team leaders from various units, attended the ceremony

In his speech, Wu Zhenhan had high expectations for the team leader, focusing on three dimensions: role positioning, active learning, and practical implementation, and expressed sincere expectations for the attendees. He requested the prospective team leader to quickly change their role, with the goal of "managing well and meticulously", implement the responsibility of performance growth, actively improve core skills, transform theoretical knowledge into practical abilities, promote the improvement and efficiency of daily team management, and grow into a qualified grassroots manager.

Four class committee members were selected on-site through a combination of campaign speeches and voting. The newly appointed members of the class committee solemnly promise to fulfill their duties, live up to expectations, unite with all students, and strive to achieve excellent results in the special training.

This special training camp adopts the core training mode of "learning, practicing, testing, and competition". During the 7-month training and learning period, targeted training will be carried out around core modules such as team goal management, communication and coordination, business improvement, and safety control, to help prospective team leaders comprehensively consolidate their management theory foundation, enhance their practical performance ability, and forge a grassroots management reserve iron army with "excellent business skills, outstanding abilities, and strong work style" for the company.
