On December 2nd, Haoyuan Company invited action education performance mentor Jiang Zhubing to conduct a special training on the 2025 annual summary review and 2026 target plan formulation in the training room on the fifth floor of the administrative comprehensive building in the park. The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, Fan Diancai, Deputy General Managers Tian Huaiguang, Zhang Haisheng, Jia Jian, and Wu Zhenhan, Assistant General Managers Pan Jiacheng, Li Chaoqun, and Sun Kaixuan, and Action Education Mentor Liu Panlong attended the training. Leaders of various units of the Group Company participated in the training, and personnel from Xinjiang Company participated in the training through video conference.
In the process of formulating the 2026 target plan, the training focuses on the marketing system operation plan framework, proposing the five step method of "knowing oneself and knowing the enemy, locking in goals, decisive battle at checkpoints, resource support, and action plan". Jiang Zhubing requires a summary and review to clarify its own strengths and weaknesses, emphasizing the three pronged strategy of "going out, going in, and going up", optimizing the structural layout of customers, products, regions, and channels, focusing on key checkpoints, supporting resource guarantee systems, and ultimately forming a detailed execution plan for specific actions to achieve structural growth of the enterprise.
Regarding the annual military chess deduction work, Jiang Zhubing elaborated on its core value as a key tool for strategic implementation. Through vertical goal decomposition to ensure accountability to individuals and horizontal collaborative linkage to break down departmental barriers, a closed-loop management strategic execution system is ultimately formed, continuously rotating the development flywheel of the enterprise and promoting the cyclical improvement of organizational capabilities and business performance.
