In order to comprehensively improve the level of grassroots management and scientifically plan the implementation path of sales targets in 2026, from December 19th to 21st, the company specially invited action education performance mentor Liu Panlong to conduct special coaching on improving the management ability of team leaders and promoting sales target strategies in the training room and R&D center on the 13th floor of the park. The company's Party Secretary and Chairman Fan Diancai, Deputy General Managers Yang Jie, Tian Huaiguang, Jia Jian, Zhang Haisheng, and Wu Zhenhan, as well as General Manager Assistants Pan Jiacheng, Sun Kaixuan, and Li Chaoqun attended the event.

The training for team leaders focuses on the theme of "more, faster, better, and more cost-effective new income statement", deeply integrating the actual production of chemical enterprises. Through interactive forms such as case analysis, scenario simulation, and group discussions, the learned methods are applied to daily work to effectively enhance the combat effectiveness of the team.

At the sales target war game deduction meeting, three representatives were selected from each of the three major systems of new material sales, chemical sales, and fertilizer sales to conduct in-depth analysis on the overall target achievement of the sales system in 2025, as well as the 2026 sales target, risk points, important campaigns, market status, and other contents. Liu Panlong, driven by both the "old customer management map" and the "market operation plan", leads the entire sales team to conduct practical simulations, simulate key decisions in complex competitive situations, and accurately pinpoint the path to achieving goals. The atmosphere on site was lively, and each sales team constantly collided ideas and iterated plans in the "red blue confrontation", laying a solid foundation for the 2026 sales target.
