To comprehensively enhance corporate employment compliance management and effectively mitigate legal risks of labor disputes, on January 30, Haoyuan Company invited Judge Wang Nannan from the Civil Trial Division of the Fuyang Intermediate People's Court to conduct a specialized training session titled "Legal Risk Prevention for Standardized Corporate Employment" in Meeting Room No. 1 of the R&D Center. Assistant General Manager Pan Jiacheng, Director of the Enterprise Management Department Zhang Ming, and relevant personnel attended the training.
During the training, Judge Wang Nannan, leveraging her profound legal expertise and extensive judicial experience, closely examined the latest requirements of the revised *Company Law* on strengthening primary responsibility and the key points of the *Labor Contract Law* implementation. She delivered a comprehensive lecture on the legal regulations governing the entire corporate employment process. By analyzing typical labor dispute cases adjudicated by Fuyang Courts, she proposed the legal compliance pathway of "preemptive institutional design and evidentiary management processes," providing methodological guidance for enterprises to establish a "firewall" against employment-related risks.
During the interactive session, participants actively raised questions on practical issues such as the conclusion of labor contracts, salary structure design, and employee resignation management. Judge Wang Nannan provided targeted solutions one by one, combining legal provisions with adjudication rules to "diagnose and prescribe" on-site, effectively addressing pain points and bottlenecks in corporate labor management.
This training session serves as a vivid practice of the Fuyang court system's initiative to deepen the "Rule of Law Safeguards Enterprises" campaign.
