On February 5th, Ruan Aimin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Huainan Normal University, led a delegation of department secretaries to Haoyuan Company to carry out a special action of visiting enterprises and expanding employment opportunities. The two sides held discussions and exchanges on deepening school enterprise cooperation and promoting talent supply and demand docking. Pan Jiacheng, Assistant General Manager of Haoyuan Company, and Zhang Ming, Director of the Enterprise Management Department, accompanied the discussion.

At the meeting, Pan Jiacheng provided a detailed introduction to the production and operation overview, industry status, transformation and upgrading strategy, and talent development of Haoyuan Company. He stated that companies have always regarded talent as their core competitiveness and have established stable cooperative relationships with multiple universities, empowering talent growth through models such as joint construction of internship and training bases and targeted delivery of employment positions. We look forward to deepening collaboration with Huainan Normal University in areas such as joint research and development, order based training, and building a new pattern of school enterprise cooperation characterized by "talent co education and achievement sharing".

Ruan Aimin briefly introduced the history of Huainan Normal University, the layout of disciplines and majors, the construction of the teaching staff, and the achievements of scientific research and innovation. He pointed out that the "Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Jobs" initiative is an important measure for schools to proactively connect with industry needs and optimize talent training programs. It aims to precisely deliver "applicable talents that can be sent down, used, and retained" through the "school enterprise direct train" mechanism, providing intellectual support for the high-quality development of regional industries.   

Subsequently, the two sides further exchanged ideas on "integration of industry, academia and research, linkage of employment and entrepreneurship, and co construction of social services".
