On March 9th, Wu Yin, Chief Expert of the Alcohol based New Energy Special Committee of the China Energy Research Association and former Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration, led a team to conduct a special research at Haoyuan Company. Leaders from relevant departments in the urban area, as well as Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Haoyuan Company, and Yang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting

At the meeting, the responsible persons of relevant enterprises introduced the actual application of alcohol based fuels in industrial heating, transportation and other fields, based on the development path guided by national and local policies. The focus was on showcasing the independent research and development achievements of application units in high-efficiency clean combustion technology and intelligent production control systems.

Wu Yin pointed out that alcohol based new energy has outstanding advantages such as clean and low-carbon, wide sources, and flexible applications, and is an important lever to promote energy structure transformation and achieve the "dual carbon" goal. At present, the alcohol based new energy industry is in a critical stage of rapid development, with opportunities and challenges coexisting. Industry enterprises need to closely follow policy guidance, anchor the direction of technological upgrading, fully tap into the application potential of alcohol based new energy in multiple scenarios, and inject momentum into the green transformation of energy.

Fan Diancai stated that Haoyuan Company will actively integrate into the national energy development strategy, further strengthen technological innovation, take the core product methanol as the fulcrum, firmly grasp the opportunities of industrial development, focus on the bottleneck of core technology, increase the collaborative innovation of industry, academia and research, and promote the development of the company's products towards high-end, intelligent and green directions.
