The company held a performance growth promotion meeting

On the evening of April 10th, the performance growth promotion meeting of Haoyuan Company was held in the conference room on the sixth floor of the R&D center. Action education performance mentors Jiang Zhubing and Liu Panlong attended the conference via video conference. Senior leaders of the company, members of the performance growth execution team, and relevant department heads attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the performance appraisal team leader Zhou Bin gave a comprehensive report on the implementation of the tasks deployed in the previous stage of the meeting, the progress of cross departmental collaborative growth campaigns, and the achievements of process benchmarking. And based on feedback from various departments, conduct in-depth analysis of key points such as collaborative efficiency and process adaptation in the promotion process, clarify specific optimization paths, and provide clear guidance for each department to accurately adjust their work focus.

Subsequently, Gao Weifei, the manager of the new material sales company, shared in detail the special operation plan for new material products around four dimensions: customer analysis, campaign goals, bottleneck analysis, and action plans. And combined with frontline market research data, accurately locate the core demands and potential needs of current customers. At the same time, in response to key bottlenecks such as fierce market competition, single service mode, and stable product quality, a multi departmental linkage solution is proposed to lay a solid execution foundation for the performance growth of new materials.

Vice General Manager Yang Jie emphasized that performance growth is a core strategic task that runs through the whole year, and all departments need to strengthen their "one game" thinking, quickly promote the consensus formed in this meeting, and translate it into practical actions.

The two mentors of Action Education provide targeted suggestions from the perspective of building a professional performance system, such as optimizing the reporting process and refining indicators, to provide professional support for the iterative improvement of the company's performance growth system.
