In order to deepen the management capacity building of team leaders and promote the quality and efficiency improvement of team performance, Haoyuan Company specially invited action education performance mentors Jiang Zhubing and Liu Panlong to hold a team leader performance growth PK activity in the training room on the fifth floor of the park on May 22nd and 24th. The company's deputy general manager Wu Zhenhan and assistant general manager Li Chaoqun attended the event.

PK focuses on the core pain points of team performance improvement, with 15 team representatives taking the stage to report, focusing on core modules such as the breakdown of checkpoint actions and the 5W2H execution path. Accurate data is used to present the current performance status, and clear logic is used to plan improvement directions, fully demonstrating the thinking and practical achievements of each team in performance improvement. The judging panel will comprehensively score from multiple dimensions such as evaluation results, inspection process, inspection details, and speech expression, and ultimately select the top three winning groups. Red Flag recognition and cash rewards will be awarded on-site; The last three groups will receive black flags and accept push up challenges to motivate them to improve and enhance in the future.

After the PK session, Jiang Zhubing, the mentor, combined with the previous training content, summarized and refined the ability standards of excellent team leaders from five dimensions: safe long-term stable operation, raw material supply guarantee, production cost control, stable capacity release, and talent development. He emphasized that as the "nerve endings" of enterprise management, team leaders should focus on the core actions behind the bottleneck problems, establish standardized inspection and evaluation mechanisms, ensure that the executing personnel have the corresponding abilities, and solidify effective actions into replicable operational norms, ultimately building a composite grassroots management talent team that understands business, management, and operation.
