On June 26th, Haoyuan Company held the second batch of "mentorship" apprenticeship ceremony for 2026 in the training room of the park. Vice General Managers Yang Jie and Tian Huaiguang, Assistant General Managers Pan Jiacheng and Li Chaoqun, Director Fan Lulu of the South Production Technology Department, and Director Yang Xinling of the Equipment Power Department attended the ceremony.

In his speech, Li Chaoqun emphasized that the high-risk nature of the chemical industry determines that safety is the "first lesson" of one's career. Master should integrate the safety red line throughout the entire teaching process, achieving "safety, technology, and style"; Apprentices should respect regulations, strictly abide by the bottom line, and build a secure foundation for the "Hundred Year Haoyuan". Haoyuan has grown from a local small nitrogen fertilizer plant to one of the top 20 nitrogen fertilizer companies in the country and one of the top 500 manufacturing companies in China. One of the core driving forces is the ingenious inheritance of the "mentorship" model. Since its implementation, this model has cultivated more than 600 talents of various types, opened up the "skills management technology" career promotion channel, and provided solid support for the development of enterprises.

Regarding teaching work, Li Chaoqun requires masters to pass on the "craftsman's way" and inherit the rigorous and meticulous craftsmanship spirit; Teach professional skills through the sixteen character principle of "listen to what I say, observe what I do, listen to what you say, and investigate what you do; To dispel doubts and become a strict mentor in one's work and a helpful friend in one's life. At the same time, young employees are encouraged to humbly learn with an "empty cup mentality", take role models as benchmarks, use the "nail spirit" to study skills, integrate personal growth into the company's development blueprint of "billions of scale, billions of profits and taxes, and a hundred years of Haoyuan", bravely take responsibility, contribute strength, and achieve the common growth of "old leading new, new promoting old".

The ceremony was solemn and warm, with apprentices paying their respects and the master submitting a teaching plan. Both parties solemnly swore an oath, showcasing the sense of ceremony of Haoyuan people's craftsmanship and inheritance.
