In order to further strengthen the fire safety defense line of all employees, enhance their self prevention and self rescue capabilities in case of fire, and improve their ability to handle sudden fire situations in coordination, the company organized a fire emergency drill activity in the R&D center building on the afternoon of October 12th. Zhang Haisheng, Deputy General Manager and Union Chairman of the company, served as the overall commander of the drill, Pan Jiacheng, Assistant General Manager, served as the deputy commander, Vice Chairman of the Union and Tao served as on-site commanders, Jiang Chunsheng, Director of the Security Department, served as the leader of the fire emergency team, and Zhang Ming, Director of the Enterprise Management Department, provided on-site evacuation guidance. Vice General Manager Tian Huaiguang, Assistant General Manager Sun Kaixuan, and Director of Finance Hou Jiwen were present to observe and guide the drill. All personnel on duty in the R&D center participated in the drill.

The drill is based on the hypothetical accident of a fire in the kitchen of the R&D center staff canteen. The on-site inspection personnel of the restaurant immediately discovered the hidden fire hazard in the kitchen and pressed the manual fire alarm button on site to report the danger. After receiving the alarm, the fire control center immediately dispatched the security personnel on duty at the south gate to wear protective equipment and rush to the scene to verify the situation. Employee Wang Wenliang and the staff on duty at the restaurant formed the first firefighting force on site and quickly took the dry powder fire extinguisher from the nearest fire box to carry out preliminary disposal of the initial fire situation.

The on duty personnel in the fire control room will report the fire situation to the overall fire commander and also report to the fire rescue agency. Zhang Haisheng instructed to immediately activate the fire plan and notified the firefighting team to rush to the scene to organize the firefighting. The leader of the evacuation guidance group commands the orderly evacuation of personnel on site. After hearing the fire alarm, personnel on each floor covered their mouths and noses with wet towels and evacuated in an orderly manner from the nearest fire evacuation route to the designated safe assembly area in the R&D center square in a low posture, without any crowding or falling behind throughout the entire process.  

After the fire was extinguished, Zhang Haisheng conducted a review and summary of the fire drill process. He fully affirmed the organizational efficiency, employee participation, and practical completion quality of this drill, while accurately pointing out the details and shortcomings exposed during the drill process. He requested further optimization and improvement of emergency response plans for weak links in the future, normalized hierarchical emergency response training, and continued to strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees, fundamentally ensuring the personal safety of employees and the safety of the company's core assets.

In the final stage of the drill, dedicated firefighters from the company's security department also conducted on-site practical teaching of fire safety skills, explaining in detail the standard operating procedures of "lifting, pulling, holding, and pressing" dry powder fire extinguishers to all participants. They provided hands-on guidance to employees to complete the practical drill, promoting the true internalization and externalization of fire safety awareness, effectively strengthening the safety production awareness of all employees, and comprehensively testing the rapid response and disposal capabilities of multiple departments in the company to respond to sudden fire accidents.
