On October 22nd, Zhang Jingjing, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Fuyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, led a city level acceptance and review team composed of professionals from multiple departments such as the Municipal Emergency Bureau, Ecological Environment Bureau, and Municipal Resource Planning Bureau to visit Haoyuan Company to carry out the acceptance and review work of the 2026 hazardous chemical production enterprise relocation and renovation project. Zhang Haisheng, Deputy General Manager of the company, Zhou Bin, Deputy Director of the Inspection Office, and Wang Chao, Deputy Director of the Chief Engineer Office, accompanied the verification throughout the process.

The review team went deep into the Haoyuan old factory area to conduct on-site inspections, strictly comparing with the "Implementation Measures for Relocation and Renovation Acceptance of Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises" and the company's "One Enterprise, One Policy" relocation and renovation implementation plan. They verified the core tasks of the old factory area, such as the degree of functionalization of production equipment, compliance with the entire process of hazardous chemical material disposal, compliance with site cleaning standards, and elimination of safety and environmental hazards, item by item, to ensure that on-site inspections cover key points of relocation and renovation work.

At the symposium, the review team first conveyed the spirit of documents such as the "Notice on Carrying out the Relocation and Renovation of Hazardous Chemical Production Enterprises and Looking Back", clarifying that this review will be strictly carried out in accordance with the various legal requirements of the special acceptance method for relocated enterprises. Based on the on-site inspection and data verification, all members of the working group formed a review opinion for the relocation and renovation project, and reported to the enterprise and local departments on site that the acceptance review was successfully passed.

When listening to the review results, Zhang Haisheng solemnly stated that the company will take this acceptance review as a new starting point, strictly compare the clear requirements in the review opinions, benchmark and calibrate each item, implement each item step by step, continue to carry out the investigation and treatment of land pollution after relocation, truly achieve the established goal of "zero safety in old factory areas and upgrading the quality of new factory areas", and rely on a solid and reliable foundation for safe development to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise to a new level.
