On the October 23rd, Quality contact net meeting of China large-scale fertilizer producers opens in Jiujiang, Jiangxi province. Representatives from 21 large-scale fertilizer producers in all country take part in the meeting.


Annual meeting of quality contact net of China large-scale fertilizer producers aims at exchanging information and experience among China 23 large-scale fertilizer producers. This year meeting summarizes this year quality spot test results of China 23 large-scale fertilizer producers organized by Jiujiang Petrochemistry quality managemtn center. The quality test result suggests all producers’ product quality reaches GB2440-2001 agricultural high-quality goods standard. The meeting also summarizes the following issues. All producers’ quality management systems run effectively. All 23 producers passed the attestation of ISO9001 quality management system, which provides effective guarantee for their product quality. Examination institution work ability has improved continuously. All producers have continuously updated and perfected examination institution technology power and equipment. All producers pay much attention to product quality credit and provide excellent after-service. They also exchange such aspects experiences as carbamide powdering problem and increasing technology reconstruction investment. The meeting also gives some suggestions for present different carbamide package bag marks and great difference of bag weight in different companies.


Jiujiang Petrochemistry Company has gained excellent achievements in fertilizer quality management and after-service. Its quality management center has been approved as a national laboratory. The company gains good remark from the headquarters of Sinopec Group. Its sale center holds dealers’ exchange meeting once time one year, collects product quality, measure and transportation information, investigate users’ satisfactory degree and gives improvement suggests to production sector and product-leaving sector. “Jianghai” group of finished product workshop of the company always aims at strictly controlling final working procedure of production and has gained China excellent quality management group title for successive five years.


The meeting also commends 18 QC fruits, 2 quality-creditable groups, 2 excellent companies for QC group activity, 4 outstanding leaders and 3 excellent promoters.
