It is reported that on June 1 this year, lower domestic gasoline and diesel prices, the international market oil prices of 70-80 dollars per barrel between the small fluctuations in mid-September decline in a row, the once close to the boundary conditions for price adjustment. Since the end of September, the rapid rise in international oil prices above 80 U.S. dollars per barrel, up by more than 4% of the price adjustment boundary conditions.
