UK National Beef Association (NBA) called on manufacturers to explain why fertilizer shipped to the farm fertilizer prices over the past year rose 40-50%.
Earlier this year, NBA warned farm households, while food prices rose suddenly, and other related products may be the same, but its negative impact may be greater, which of course includes fertilizer prices.
This is because in the past decade market trends show that the price of the product as the manufacturer of the growth of food prices increase accordingly. However, most likely because of food income, people of fertilizer prices are also more acceptable.
NBA Vice President said, very sorry, we hypothesized that the latter reason is correct, because all the data show that in the past two years, fertilizer stocks are high, the market does not have any indication that fertilizer demand.
