Anhui Daily reported, Anhui Province, has entered the spring land preparation period. Reporters learned from the Provincial Price Bureau, the the recent fertilizer prices in Anhui Province is generally stable, although increased slightly by the demand has risen impact, but still below the level of the same period last year. 

Price monitoring, in mid-February, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, NPK province's retail price per kilogram were 2.23 yuan, 0.75 yuan, 2.77 yuan; the ring than urea, ammonium bicarbonate prices were up 1.14%, 1.17 %, NPK prices fell 0.29%; compared with the same period last year, urea, ammonium bicarbonate, NPK fertilizer prices fell 0.89%, 9.64% and 3.15%, respectively. 

Experts expected late Anhui fertilizer prices have risen, but the gains will not be much. The one hand, with the advent of spring fertilizer season, fertilizer demand will significantly increase; rail freight price increases, fertilizer transport costs facing upward pressure. On the other hand, the 2013 fertilizer export policy favorable adjustment, boosted market confidence; national fertilizer production increased more abundant inventory, secure spring fertilizer supply overall. In particular, recently issued by the relevant departments of the state notice deployment from seven aspects of production, rail capacity, off-season commercial reserves, export management, will safeguard during the spring fertilizer market supply and price stability play a positive role.
