The World Bank recently released "semi-annual commodity outlook report" shows that fertilizer prices in the third quarter fell 10%. The most obvious of which is the decline in urea and phosphate fertilizer products, especially diammonium prices decline by over 10%. Other fertilizer prices will appear to float.
