Approved by the State Council, from 30 August 2013 onwards, lignite and other goods import tariff adjustments, the relevant matters are announced as follows: 

A cancel lignite (Tax Identification Number: 27021000,27022000) provisional import tax rate of zero, restoring the implementation of the MFN rate of 3%. 

Second, cancel unladen weight at 25 tons or more but not more than 45 tons of passenger aircraft (ID: 88024010) provisional import tax rate of 1%, 5% recovery implementation MFN rates. 

Third, since August 30, 2013, the declaration of imported under heading 27021000 and 27022000 lignite, its product number were still reported as 2702100000,2702200000; declaration of imported aircraft under heading 88024010, product number shall be reported as 8802401000 .
