As the nitrogen oxides emissions from thermal power plants as an important source of air pollution , so plant flue gas desulfurization, denitrification more and more attention , followed by remediation haze may find new users ammonia .
In the current flue gas denitrification , the most mature technology , the most common method for the selective catalytic reduction , that SCR reduction. SCR systems rely on nitrogen oxides react with ammonia to achieve the purpose of denitrification . Ammonia generally urea, pure ammonia, ammonia and other three kinds of methods. Three ammonia method has its advantages , which runs the lowest investment costs is pure ammonia but higher security requirements.
From the analysis of sulfur dioxide control technology point of view, the current domestic desulfurization efficiency can be achieved ≥ 95%, and the economy is strong , wide application , the technology is mature technology only limestone - gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization and ammonia wet flue gas desulfurization . Since ammonia desulfurization desulfurization efficiency is easier to achieve more than 98% , and can be shared , such as ammonia supply system with SCR denitration technology and economic benefit. Expected in the " Twelfth Five-Year " period ammonia desulfurization industry will usher in rapid growth.
It is understood that a 300,000 kilowatts thermal power generating units with the amount of ammonia in between 700 to 1000 tons , depending on the region and the environment need to be adjusted more crowded areas , the amount is too large . According to " " five " comprehensive energy reduction program of work " requirement, " stand-alone capacity Twelve Five" period 300,000 kilowatts and above all coal-fired units to install denitrification facilities. At present, China has 400 million kilowatts thermal power denitration facilities construction , the annual demand for ammonia theoretically reach 900 thousand to 130 thousand tons. The units of thermal power capacity in 2013 was 800 million kilowatts , and a very long period of time, will continue to supply thermal power in the future . According to CEC proposed coal in 2015 reached 928 million kilowatts , with more and more pressure on the lower green plant desulfurization , denitrification facilities , so the future demand for ammonia plant is still more room for growth , initially expected in 2015 demand will reach 150 million tons.
