One, excess production capacity. According to estimates, in 2014 the market demand for urea (including domestic demand and exports) of about 67000000 tons, about 15000000 tons of excess capacity, resulting in the urea market downturn. Phosphate and compound fertilizer overcapacity as serious, as of the end of 2013, China's phosphate, ammonium proportion of excess production capacity of more than 100%.

Two, exports of the impact on the market is more and more big. Because the domestic fertilizer overcapacity serious, to digest excess capacity, export has become an inevitable choice for export, the influencing factors of the chemical fertilizer market is more and more big. If the international market, export volume, so the domestic market may take; conversely, if the market is poor, or because of high tariffs and other reasons, not to export, are crowded in the competition in the domestic market, the domestic market can not be improved.

Three, fertilizer demand slowdown, there may be zero growth or decline.
