The report shows that nitrogen fertilizer capacity to work with remarkable results, no material cost of natural gas, nitrogen fertilizer production capacity significantly anthracite exit, new coal gasification capacity of nitrogen fertilizer increased greatly; large and efficient production device has become a major force in nitrogenous fertilizer production; the existing operation of ammonia and urea plant capacity of about 15%~20%, capacity to work responsibilities.
According to reports, in October 2016, the country put into operation 123 urea production enterprises, the total production capacity of 79 million 860 thousand tons of urea plant. Since 2015, the country has involved 30 enterprises of 38 units of urea plant production or exit urea production capacity, a total of 6 million 750 thousand tons. According to the different raw materials technology, quit the production capacity of the fixed layer of intermittent coal gasification accounted for 73.2%, 23.9% of the natural gas. In addition, 8 million 390 thousand tons of natural gas urea plant is in a state of shutdown maintenance.
According to the statistics of Nitrogen Fertilizer Association, January 2015 to September 2016, the national completion of new ammonia capacity was 6 million 426 thousand tons, 8 million 236 thousand tons of production or exit, reduce the ammonia production capacity of 1 million 810 thousand tons; at the same time, the completion of the urea production capacity of 7 million 70 thousand tons, 6 million 750 thousand tons of urea production or exit, production increased 320 thousand tons. Currently there are 17 units in the construction or completion of the plant is not put into operation, the next three years will be newly built and put into production capacity of 5 million 230 thousand tons of synthetic ammonia, urea production capacity of 4 million 620 thousand tons.
According to Cao Zhangao introduction, the statistical work of the existing production capacity is divided into two types. The first is the performance of the unit capacity is at this stage in the operation state of device capacity and production within six months, current status is good, the future possibility of large units to resume production capacity; the second is cut out of the plant capacity, namely since 2015 a clear exit device within the production capacity, more than half of the production capacity and production for half a year but in the future is less likely to resume production capacity device.
