The Ministry of Agriculture recently issued the "opinions" on the promotion of agricultural supply side structural reform pointed out that in 2016, green agricultural development stride, the use of pesticides to zero growth, fertilizer use near zero growth for the first time since the reform and opening up. The next step, to promote agricultural supply side structural reforms to increase the quality of green agricultural products supply in a prominent position, to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural supply system as the main direction, to increase farmers' income as the core target, optimize the agricultural industry system, production system, management system, outstanding quality and green development, cohesion, make agricultural supply and demand relations to achieve a new equilibrium at a higher level.
