To this end, the following 4 suggestions are put forward:
First, establish a strong green hair concept, and constantly improve the awareness of green fertilizer.
Green development has become a national policy. Green agriculture has become the guide to action of the agricultural community. In order to promote the greening of agricultural development, the state is implementing the most stringent ecological environmental protection system, the implementation of green production methods. The fertilizer industry should continuously improve the awareness of green fertilizer, and make new contributions to the protection of ecology and the restoration of soil.
Second, increase R & D efforts to produce more green new fertilizers.
Although a small number of people have demonized fertilizer, fertilizer is still the food of grain, which is still the most important means of production for the realization of China's agricultural modernization. In order to promote the green development, we must develop and produce more green new fertilizers, and the state will continue to strongly support the R & D of enterprises. National authorities have introduced measures to strengthen soil pollution control and remediation. It is urgent to develop and produce organic fertilizer and soil conditioner on the basis of research and development of new fertilizers with high quality and efficiency.
Third, promote the effective coordination of production and marketing, guide farmers to scientific fertilization.
The organization and quality of farmers non scientific irrational fertilizer use, is an important factor to lead to the waste of resources and environmental pollution. To encourage and support the "going out" of fertilizer enterprises is an important way for chemical fertilizer industry to get rid of production capacity. At present, many of the "The Belt and Road along the country is doing its best to improve its self-sufficiency rate of grain and other major agricultural products, but many countries still cannot produce or import a large amount of fertilizer. China's enterprises "go out", using its rich resources to produce scarce chemical fertilizer and provide the corresponding technical services, can achieve a win-win situation. In recent years, China's fertilizer enterprises "go out" has achieved initial success, expanding the potential of the international market is huge.
Before the meeting in mid May this year, "The Belt and Road" International Cooperation Forum, we reported to the State Council "on the chemical fertilizer enterprises to" go out "into the national" The Belt and Road "strategic advice", the leading comrades of the State Council's approval. At the end of this year, we will further discuss relevant supporting policies with relevant departments. I hope the International Fertilizer Association supports it.
