Since this year, the consumption of natural gas in China has increased rapidly. Among them, the domestic production of natural gas is 133 billion 800 million cubic meters, up 10.5% from the same period, and 81 billion 700 million cubic meters of imported natural gas, an increase of 28.9%. To ease the tension between supply and demand situation, development and Reform Commission and the State Energy Bureau and other relevant departments to take measures for security for the coordination of the organization, petroleum, Sinopec, CNOOC and other major gas companies to increase the supply of natural gas, and the price policy will remind warned the market inspection and other forms and maintain the market price order.
In order to increase production, in order to ensure safe production, the production of natural gas production and ground supporting projects will be put into production, and the production capacity of gas fields will be excavated as much as possible. At the same time, the LNG spot purchase will be further implemented. In Tianjin, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong and other places through the exchange of resources between oil and gas enterprises, to increase the supply of natural gas in the northern heating area. Since December, over 14 million cubic meters of natural gas have been transferred through replacement of natural gas through resource replacement, and it is expected to be further increased to about 19 million cubic meters per day. Make full use of the regulating function of natural gas reserve, keep the gas storage in all large storage tanks at full load, and the gas production rate is close to 80 million cubic meters per day, up by 30% over the same period. Meng Wei stressed that when the supply of gas is difficult to meet both the needs of people's livelihood and industrial needs at the peak time of gas supply, it will insist on putting the protection of people's livelihood in the first place, and support enterprises to further take measures such as striving for imports, increasing production, increasing supply and exchanging resources, so as to ensure residents to warm for the winter.
