We should further improve the level of the development of agricultural circular economy, and give full play to the important role of comprehensive agricultural development in promoting the development of eco-friendly agriculture.

The way of support is: the scale of the central financial subsidy is about 3 million yuan by a single pilot project, and the National Agricultural Development Office independently arranges financial support. The proportion of local financial and self financing and the scope of use of financial funds are all implemented according to the current policy of agricultural comprehensive development industrialization project.
