The drying operation eliminates the free water and chemical crystal water in the refractory materials inside the boiler, and effectively avoids the risk of cracking and scaling of the furnace wall caused by the high pressure steam produced in the operation of the boiler, which greatly improves the service life of the furnace wall.

It is expected that it will take 10 days to complete the oven and then start the pickling of the boiler. The successful drying of 1# and 2# boilers will make the first battle of each section of the park project installed and debugged, laying the foundation for the trial operation of the later whole project.
