In March 27th, the operator inspected the abnormal sound of the crankcase of the 2000 ammonia synthesis 4# circulation machine. In order to prevent the sudden impact of production, the joint workshop decided to repair the 4# circulating machine immediately.

The maintenance includes checking crankcase, connecting rod, bolts, oil filter cleaning and measuring parts wear etc.. In order to ensure the safety, quality and efficiency of the maintenance tasks, the workshop managers formulated detailed maintenance plan.

At 8:15 in the morning, the repair team was assembled in the two meter synthesis room. After a clear division of labor, it was put into the intense overhaul work. After more than nine hours of continuous fighting, the repair work has been completed successfully, and the circulator has been opened normally and put into production.
