In order to further enhance the operating skills of the total control personnel, improve the emergency handling capacity of the system and strengthen the communication and study among the various classes, the urea workshop organized the general control post learning exchange in May 13th, and the workshop managers, the monitor and the general control staff participated in the meeting.

At the meeting, we discussed the problems and problems encountered in the recent master control operation, and analyzed the reasons and discussed the solutions. The participants spoke enthusiastically, expressing their views, and put forward many feasible suggestions for the safe and stable operation of production.

After the conclusion of the discussion, Yao Keliang, the director of the workshop process, concluded that the urea system has great potential to be excavated. In the future, the workshop will organize the training courses of the communication and post knowledge system and broaden the operation ideas and emergency treatment methods.
