In May 24th, the urea workshop carried out the overflow environmental protection emergency drill.

On the inspection of the owner operation of the pump, it is found that the liquid level of the draining tank is overflowing, and the monitor is immediately notified by the interphone, and the water valve is quickly closed down, and the full draining liquid is replaced by the shield pump, and the three phase of the ammonia water valve is fully opened. The monitor, with another operator in the pump room, uses the fire sandbag sluice to kill the drainage ditch in the urea boundary area, closes the gate valve on the north side of the draining trough and notifies the dispatcher and the staff of the workshop. The workshop personnel rushed to the scene immediately, and arranged the maintenance personnel to pull the submersible pump and replace the polluted trench repeatedly until the water quality analysis was qualified.

The whole exercise process is intense and orderly. The exercise not only enhances the employees' awareness of environmental protection, but also improves their ability to deal with emergencies.
