On January 30, Haoyuan Group's annual work summary and advanced recognition conference was held in the company auditorium. Dong Zhongxu, Deputy Secretary-General of Fuyang Municipal Government, Gu Zhongwei, Standing Committee of Yingdong District Committee and Executive Vice-Chairman of District Government, Gaofeng, Member of Party Group and Vice-Chairman of Municipal Economic and Information Committee, Fu Jianguo, Deputy Investigator of Municipal General Trade Union, Fan Dianzai, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Haoyuan Company, Vice-General Manager Gao Yulei, Yang Jie, Tian Huaiguang, Jia Jian, Gao Minglin, Zhang Haisheng, Assistant General Manager Wang Weifeng, Pan Jiacheng, Wu Zhenhan and Zhang Chao attended the meeting. In 2018, Haoyuan Company strengthened its awareness of the red line of safety and environmental protection, comprehensively promoted fine management, significantly improved economic indicators, and further enhanced employees'sense of access and happiness.
In 2018, sales revenue reached 7.635 billion yuan, an increase of 68.92% over last year. Net operating cash flow was 1.6 billion yuan, an increase of 135.29% over last year. All operating indicators have reached a record high.
In 2018, the project led the transformation and upgrading to a decisive victory. The first phase of the park project, "Dimethyl ether plant with an annual output of 500,000 tons" and "styrene plant with an annual output of 260,000 tons" were successfully started in May and August 2018 respectively, and achieved excellent results in short start-up time and fast yield. The Municipal Government has already studied and adopted relevant issues to support the transformation and development of Haoyuan's "retreat to the city and enter the park", and issued the Summary of the Conference on Agreeing to the Whole Relocation of Haoyuan Chemical Industry. The work of retreat to the city and enter the park is progressing actively and orderly as planned. The second phase of the park project with a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan has been fully launched. The project will be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2020.
In 2018, the corporate social image will continue to improve. In 2018, the company added 3 new authorized invention patents and 8 utility model patents, won 4 provincial and ministerial honors, 2 municipal honors and 5 Jincheng Coal Group honors, and was awarded the honorary titles of "Energy Efficiency Leader Benchmarking Enterprise of 2017 (Synthetic Ammonia, Methanol)" and "Advanced Enterprise of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction of Methanol Industry in 2017". At the same time, it was recognized by Anhui Economic and Credit Commission. For the "2018 Anhui Green Factory" and "2018 Provincial Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise". The acquisition of these honors further strengthens the soft power of enterprise development.
In 2018, the staff's sense of acquisition continued to increase with the co-construction and sharing. In 2018, the average increase of the staff was 800 yuan per month, and the payment standard of the provident fund was raised. The benefits of meals, overtime allowances and other benefits also increased to varying degrees. The staff's sense of acquisition and well-being were further enhanced.

Strict words should be taken at the top, adhere to the bottom line of safety and environmental protection should not be relaxed; establish benchmarking poles to promote production management to a new level; take multiple measures to promote the construction of the second phase project; stabilize the market, expand channels, and continuously enhance the ability of marketing and procurement; and attract talents, and strive to build a new pattern of personnel training.
Fan Dianzai emphasized that 2019 is the key year for Haoyuan to win the 10 billion-dollar scale and the important year for Haoyuan to develop with higher quality and efficiency. All the cadres and employees of the company should keep on working hard and work hard with unremitting spirit and never-ending struggle attitude, and continue to advance bravely towards the grand goal of "100 years Haoyuan, 10 billion scale".
