In order to further enhance employees' awareness of fire safety and effectively improve their ability to self prevent, rescue and resist fires, Haoyuan Company conducted a fire emergency drill in the R&D center building on the afternoon of June 29th. Yang Jie, Deputy General Manager of the company, serves as the overall commander of the drill, Jiang Chunsheng, Director of the Security Department, serves as the leader of the fire emergency team, Zhang Ming, Director of the Enterprise Management Department, provides on-site evacuation guidance, and all personnel from Haoyuan R&D Center participate in the fire emergency drill.

The drill assumes that an electric vehicle on the negative first floor of the R&D center building caught fire due to spontaneous combustion. After Wang Wenliang, an employee who stored the electric scooter, discovered that the negative first floor electric scooter had spontaneously ignited, he sounded the fire manual alarm on site. After receiving the alarm, the fire center immediately notified the security personnel on duty at the south gate to wear protective equipment and go to the scene to inspect. Together with Wang Wenliang, they opened the smoke exhaust fan on the basement floor and cut off the power supply of the floor. They took out the dry powder fire extinguisher from the fire box to extinguish the fire, forming the first firefighting force. The on duty personnel in the fire control room report the fire situation to the fire chief commander and report to the fire rescue agency at the same time. Yang Jie instructed to immediately activate the fire prevention plan and notified the fire extinguishing team to rush to the scene to organize firefighting. The leader of the evacuation guidance group commanded the orderly evacuation of on-site personnel. After hearing the fire alarm, personnel on each floor covered their mouths and noses with wet towels and evacuated in an orderly manner from the nearest fire evacuation channel to the south side of the R&D center square in a low posture.   
After the fire was extinguished, Yang Jie summarized the process of the fire drill. He affirmed the completion of the fire drill and pointed out the shortcomings in the drill process. He further improved the emergency plan for sudden accidents, enhanced employee fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and ensured personal and company property safety.   

After the drill, the security firefighters also taught everyone the correct use of fire extinguishers, enabling employees to internalize their fire awareness and externalize it in their actions, strengthen their awareness of danger, and effectively test the company's emergency response capabilities in the face of unexpected accidents. The company will take this drill as an opportunity to further strengthen fire safety work, improve emergency plans, and ensure the safety of the company's production and the personal safety of employees.
