The Third Employee Representative Conference of Haoyuan Company was successfully held

On July 9th, the 3rd Workers' Representative Conference of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the report hall on the first floor of the R&D center. The company's Party Secretary and Chairman Fan Diancai gave a work report, and Executive Vice General Manager Gao Minglin, Deputy General Managers Yang Jie, Tian Huaiguang, and Jia Jian attended the meeting. Vice General Manager and Union Chairman Zhang Haisheng presided over the meeting.

A total of 161 representatives were elected for this conference, and the actual number of attendees reached 161.

Before the meeting, a delegation leader meeting will be organized in Conference Room 1 to discuss the agenda of the conference and the proposed list of directors and members of each specialized committee.

The preparatory meeting of the conference listened to the report on the preparation of the Third Workers' Congress and the review of the qualification examination of workers' representatives. The draft of the voting method for the presidium members, special committee members, staff representative assembly, agenda of the staff representative assembly, as well as the list of recommended candidates such as chief scrutineers, scrutineers, and vote counters, have been reviewed and approved.

The first plenary session of the third employee representative conference of Haoyuan Company officially kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Fan Diancai, on behalf of the company's party and government team, expressed sincere gratitude to all cadres and employees who have made positive contributions to the company's development over the past year.

In the work report, Fan Diancai pointed out that in the past year, the company's production and operation have been stable and orderly, project construction has been vigorously promoted, market layout has become more reasonable, industrial upgrading momentum has become stronger, and high-quality transformation and development have taken solid steps. Firstly, the quality of operation has become more stable. Better product structure, stronger profitability, greater risk resistance, more energetic employees, and greater confidence in enterprise development. The second is to take the transformation and development to a higher level. The 30-40 project in the park was completed and put into operation 2 months ahead of schedule; The comprehensive completion of the seven sub projects in Phase III marks a decisive victory for Haoyuan Company's work of withdrawing from the city and entering the park; The fourth phase of the 600000 ton bottle grade polyester project has been successfully put into operation; The nitric acid unit in the first phase of the 400000 ton annual production of nylon 66 project has been put into trial operation on June 21, and the construction of three sets of units, namely cyclohexanol, adipic acid, and nylon 66, is being promoted. It is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of September this year. The third is the continuous burst of innovative vitality. National high-tech enterprises have successfully passed the re examination; The National Polymer Joint Innovation Research Institute, which participated in the establishment, has officially started operation; Approved to jointly establish a coal based new materials research center. The company focuses on process optimization and conducts core technology research and development. The transformation of innovative achievements has yielded fruitful results, with 21 newly authorized patents added throughout the year, including 10 invention patents and 11 utility model patents; Has won 12 innovative achievement honors from industry associations, Fuyang City, and Jinkong Equipment. The fourth is the significant effect of opening up sources and reducing costs. Strengthen research on policies that benefit enterprises, optimize financing structures, and carry out tax planning in compliance. The fifth is the continuous improvement of corporate image. The company has won multiple national, provincial, and municipal honorary titles, and its industry status has significantly improved; Actively fulfilling social responsibilities, continuously participating in social welfare activities such as caring for students, caring for veterans, helping the poor, and caring for children in welfare institutions. Sixth, democratic management is more comprehensive and effective. Strengthen the supervisory and management functions of employee representatives. Establish an inspection office and expand channels for employee supervision; Develop incentive mechanisms to commend and reward employees for effective reporting and suggestions; Continuously deepen the employee contact system. Listen to the voices of employees and alleviate their worries. Persist in carrying out the activity of "going to the grassroots, listening to the voices of the people, and gathering the wisdom of the people" for senior executives, and communicate and exchange face-to-face with employees; Strengthen the supervision and management of factory affairs disclosure, continuously expand the channels and scope of factory affairs disclosure, and comprehensively and effectively safeguard the employees' right to know, participate, and supervise. Fan Diancai emphasized that the responsibility and arduous yet glorious task of building a "billion dollar scale, billion dollar profit and tax, and century old Haoyuan" is significant. All cadres and employees should devote themselves to various work with higher morale, fuller enthusiasm, and more pragmatic style, and strive to write a new chapter of high-quality transformation and development for Haoyuan.


At the group discussion meeting, each delegation engaged in intense discussions and proposed revision suggestions on the work report, newly revised regulations, implementation rules of the Workers' Congress, draft rules for factory affairs disclosure, and collective agreement.

The second plenary session of the third employee representative assembly of Haoyuan Company approved the work report made by Chairman Fan Diancai, the newly revised disciplinary management regulations, leave management regulations, safety management work report, and the implementation rules of the workers' congress. The factory affairs disclosure rules and the explanation of the collective contract (draft) of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. were voted and approved, and the collective contract was signed on site.
