The company conducts performance growth coaching and training

On March 27th, Haoyuan Company organized performance growth coaching and training in the park, and invited Jiang Zhubing, the Chief Performance Mentor of Action Education, to empower various departments of the company to deeply explore and implement growth. The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, Fan Diancai, attended the training and made strategic arrangements, emphasizing the use of performance management as the starting point to promote the achievement of annual goals. Senior leaders, middle-level cadres, and business backbones of the company participated in the training.

At the training meeting, four representatives from sales, production, supply and other departments were sent to report on growth points. They systematically analyzed the current market opportunities and challenges based on their actual positions, and proposed specific growth goals and implementation plans.

In the core training session, Teacher Jiang Zhubing shared the mechanism of deepening the exploration of growth implementation around the three dimensions of "motivation, ability, and execution". He innovatively proposed the "quantity profit double increase" analysis model, which provides guidance for optimizing business processes at key nodes throughout the entire chain from strategic planning to execution and implementation. Subsequently, Teacher Jiang Zhubing conducted an on-site review and summarized the problems encountered during the implementation of performance growth, and provided answers to questions. He made detailed arrangements for the follow-up implementation plan and put forward three expectations from the aspects of performance results, talent cultivation, and system establishment.

Fan Diancai stated that all departments should implement the performance growth plan with a pragmatic attitude, further refine the content of the plan, and proficiently master the tools and methods of performance growth. By implementing scientific performance management and precise growth strategies, strengthening communication and collaboration between departments, breaking down information barriers, applying learned knowledge to practical work, continuously improving operational efficiency and market competitiveness, optimizing resource allocation, and promoting sustained and stable performance improvement of the company.
