The company carries out "organizational efficiency" learning and training transfer

On June 18th, Haoyuan Company conducted a "Organizational Efficiency" learning transfer training in the report hall on the first floor of the R&D center. The company's Party Secretary and Chairman, Fan Diancai, gave a lecture, and the company's executives, department heads, and all participants of the "Concentrated EMBA" action learning participated in the training. Transfer training focuses on five core dimensions: goal management, time management, mindset management, learning management, and action management, and promotes comprehensive improvement of organizational efficiency through systematic knowledge transfer.

In the training, Chairman Fan Diancai first reviewed and organized the learning content of the two core areas of goal management and time management. He pointed out that goals are an important driving force for the development of enterprises, and high goals can effectively activate the potential of teams. Enterprises should quantify and decompose goals into specific effective actions to achieve efficient implementation management.

Subsequently, Fan Dian further emphasized the crucial role of a positive mindset in achieving goals. He used a parabolic model of enterprise development to reveal the difficulties and opportunities that enterprises may face at different stages of development, encouraging employees to actively choose a positive attitude and face challenges head-on. In addition, he also shared personal and organizational mindset training methods, such as daily slogan based and mechanical repetition of positive words, to help the team build strong psychological resilience.

Around the "learning management" section, he cited compound interest theory to illustrate that the power of daily progress of 1% cannot be underestimated, and combined with the latest knowledge and technological changes in the industry, called on all employees to benchmark world-class enterprises and make precise improvements. Through internal champion experience extraction, video and courseware based methods, create a standardized learning system to help every employee grow.

In the study of "Action Management" section, Fan Diancai pointed out that the essential difference between work and achieving standards lies in whether good behavioral habits have been formed. He suggested reshaping employees' behavior patterns through daily note taking and effective meetings, making meeting standards a norm. He also specifically introduced the operational process of morning and evening meetings and weekly goal achievement meetings, emphasizing the importance of goal consensus, immediate improvement, and result tracking to ensure that each task forms a closed loop.

In the summary, Fan Diancai emphasized that the company will improve its efficiency and benefits through a "daily goal loop, daily rotation, 365 rotations per year", and track and improve the results in real time. The collaborative promotion of the five management aspects will effectively break down departmental barriers, build an agile operational system of strategy execution feedback, and inject sustained momentum into the company's high-quality development.
