On the afternoon of June 17th, the signing ceremony for the school enterprise cooperation between Haoyuan Company and Fuyang Vocational and Technical College was held grandly in the conference room of Haoyuan Park. Zhang Chong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Fuyang Vocational and Technical College, Hao Wenqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean, Wang Mingyue, Vice Dean, Fan Diancai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, and Pan Jiacheng, Assistant General Manager, attended the signing ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, representatives from both parties signed a school enterprise cooperation agreement, opening a new chapter in school enterprise cooperation.
At the meeting, enterprise mentors and college mentors were hired. Chen Dawei, a representative of the National People's Congress and director of the Instrument Workshop of Haoyuan Company, Zhang Ming, director of the Human Resources Department and other enterprise representatives, and Ma Chuanqi, Shang Lianyong and other teachers of Fuyang Vocational and Technical College were recruited to build a "double mentor" bridge for talent cultivation.

During the discussion and exchange, both parties had in-depth discussions on specific issues such as project cooperation, in order to clarify the direction for the subsequent implementation of cooperation.

It is reported that Haoyuan Company has been cooperating with Fuyang Vocational and Technical College for nearly 20 years, and has achieved fruitful results in joint classes, co building internship and training bases, talent recruitment and employment, and scientific research and development. At present, about 5% of the registered employees of Haoyuan Company graduated from Fuyang Vocational and Technical College, providing strong talent motivation for the development of the enterprise.

This signing is an important step for both parties to deepen the integration of industry and education.
