Yang Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the company, Tian Huaiguang, Deputy General Manager, Wu Zhenhan, Pan Jiacheng, Li Chaoqun, Assistant General Manager, Fan Lulu, Director of the Production Technology Department in the Southern District, and Wang Feihu, Director of the Production Technology Department in the Northern District, attended the ceremony and presented certificates to the father of the teacher.

At the ceremony, masters from different positions paired up with new employees one by one. The disciples were filled with gratitude and respect, holding flowers in their hands as they bowed to their master. The masters, with earnest expectations for their disciples, submitted the mentoring plan to them. Subsequently, the master and apprentice were filled with sincerity and respect, taking oaths and commitments respectively, creating a solemn and warm atmosphere on site.
