On October 28th, Fan Diancai, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, presided over a special meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech. The meeting studied the work achievements of the Central Political Bureau since the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the major achievements in China's development during the 14th Five Year Plan period, with a focus on studying the "15th Five Year Plan" proposals approved by the plenary session.

Chairman Fan Diancai requested that the company should closely focus on the main goals, work principles, and strategic tasks of economic and social development during the "15th Five Year Plan" period, scientifically formulate the company's "15th Five Year Plan" development plan, plan the company's production and operation as well as project construction, and use innovation to pave the way and break through the situation.
