On November 13th, the awarding ceremony of the "Teaching Internship Base" between Haoyuan Company and Anhui University of Science and Technology was held in the park. Wang Qingping and Cheng Guojun, Vice Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Anhui University of Science and Technology, Li Jianjun, Director of the Department of Inorganic Non Metals and Intelligent Materials, Pan Jiacheng, Assistant General Manager of Haoyuan Company, and Zhang Ming, Director of the Enterprise Management Department, attended the event.

Pan Jiacheng introduced Haoyuan Company's production and operation, transformation and upgrading, talent training mode, and development plan to Wang Qingping. He stated that as a highly influential chemical enterprise in the industry, Haoyuan Company has always regarded technological innovation and talent cultivation as the core driving forces for its development. The establishment of a teaching internship base will achieve precise docking between "enterprise demand" and "university supply", not only providing students with a valuable platform to transform theoretical knowledge into practical abilities, but also continuously delivering composite talents who understand technology and can innovate for Haoyuan Chemical, injecting fresh blood into the company's "high-end, diversified, low-carbon" development.

Vice Dean Wang Qingping briefly introduced the development history, major settings, talent introduction strategies, and scientific research achievements of Anhui University of Science and Technology. He pointed out that Haoyuan Chemical is a leading enterprise in the real economy of northern Anhui, and has made significant achievements in the extension of the "coal head to tail" industry chain, green and low-carbon transformation, providing a unique practical soil for talent cultivation in universities. The school will use internship bases as a link to customize the training of talents that meet the development needs of enterprises. At the same time, teachers will be encouraged to conduct research and development in enterprises, promote the landing and transformation of more scientific and technological achievements in Haoyuan Chemical, and achieve the coordinated development of "industry university research application".   

Subsequently, both parties held a plaque awarding ceremony and had discussions and exchanges on deepening school enterprise cooperation.
