On November 13th, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Liang Yanshun, went to Fuyang City to conduct research and preach the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

In the afternoon, Secretary Liang Yanshun visited the production control room center in the southern area of Haoyuan Company. The high-definition electronic screen displayed the achievements of Haoyuan Company in intelligent transformation, green and low-carbon development, and industrial chain extension. Fan Diancai reported to Liang Yanshun on the company's production and operation, the construction of the "withdrawal from the city and entry into the park" project, and the implementation of the first batch of planned projects during the "15th Five Year Plan" period.   

Liang Yanshun pointed out that we need to promote the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, focus on the transformation of clean coal, accelerate the iteration and upgrading of key technologies and core products, strengthen safety risk prevention, and promote high-end, diversified, and low-carbon development.

Haoyuan Company will deeply study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the inspection of Anhui, transform the instructions and requirements of the Provincial Party Secretary into specific actions to promote high-quality development of enterprises, drive the development of regional industrial clusters through industrial chain synergy, empower green transformation through technological innovation, and build a solid foundation for development through party building. We will strive to become the "vanguard" of the revitalization of northern Anhui and the "new benchmark" of Anhui's manufacturing industry.
