In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, on the afternoon of November 14th, Haoyuan Company invited Li Jinlong, Associate Professor of the Party School of Fuyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, to give a special lecture on "Learning and Implementing the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Promoting High quality Economic and Social Development in the 15th Five Year Plan" in the lecture hall on the first floor of the R&D Center. The Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company, Fan Diancai, as well as senior executives, middle-level executives and deputies, members of the Communist Party of China, active party applicants, team leaders, and reserve talents, attended the meeting.

Associate Professor Li Jinlong elaborated on how to use the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee as a guide to promote higher quality development of enterprises during the "15th Five Year Plan" period, focusing on the significance, basic spirit, strategic deployment, and other aspects, combined with the current domestic and international economic situation and the actual situation of enterprises. He stated that studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a major political task for the current and future period. We should deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishment", firmly implement the "two maintenance", anchor the theme of promoting high-quality development, adhere to the new development concept as the guide, speed up the construction of a new development pattern, stimulate the spirit of striving to seize the moment and never slacken, pool the great power of working together and forge ahead, and strive to write a new chapter of Haoyuan Chemical's promotion of Chinese path to modernization.

Chairman Fan Diancai emphasized that the "15th Five Year Plan" proposes to focus on the development of the real economy, which brings significant development opportunities and turning points for chemical enterprises, and also puts forward higher development requirements for Haoyuan Company.
