On January 23, Zhang Yinjun, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Fuyang Municipal People's Government and Deputy Mayor, along with relevant leaders from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Municipal Finance Bureau, Municipal Taxation Bureau, Yingdong District Government, and Yingdong Chemical Industry Park, visited Haoyuan Company to conduct a special research on project advancement and industrial chain collaboration. Fan Diancai, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of Haoyuan Company, along with Deputy General Managers Yang Jie and Zhang Haisheng, accompanied them.

Zhang Yinjun and his delegation first visited the Haoyuan R&D Center exhibition hall, where they systematically learned about the company's transformation from traditional coal chemical industry to high-end and low-carbon development through historical footage, graphic displays, and physical product exhibits.
At the symposium, Fan Diancai reported in detail on the completion of Haoyuan Company's 2025 business goals and the progress of its billion dollar project construction. The focus was on introducing the strategic layout of the enterprise in the fields of fine chemicals and new chemical materials in the next stage, and proposing coordination requests for the optimization of project approval processes and other development issues encountered.

Zhang Yinjun affirmed the development achievements of Haoyuan Company. He pointed out that Haoyuan Company, as the "chain owner enterprise" of the chemical industry in Fuyang, should further play a leading role and shoulder the responsibility of coordinated development of the industrial chain. All government departments should follow the principle of "elements follow projects", integrate the city's industrial resources, and provide full cycle guarantees for enterprise innovation and development. The Municipal Party Committee and Government will continue to support Haoyuan and jointly promote the advancement of Fuyang's chemical industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.
