Regarding the follow-up teaching work, he clearly put forward three requirements: the master should teach more skills and safety, practice the "three belts" principle, ensure safety, technology, and style, and integrate the safety red line awareness throughout; Apprentices should be diligent in learning and abide by rules, adhere to the requirements of "three learning", learn to respect, learn skills, learn to be a good person, respect safety regulations, strictly observe operating bottom lines, eliminate the mentality of taking chances, and quickly grow into skilled professionals through diligent learning and active practice; Human resources, production technology, and relevant functional departments of each workshop should strengthen their responsibility of "strict examination and management, full process escort", track and assess the teaching process, implement the joint responsibility of master and apprentice safety, resolutely eliminate formalism, and effectively ensure the effectiveness of teaching work.
