Meeting from manure management history and current status of China's foreign manure management systems and fertilizer laws and regulations, China's fertilizer production management system, China's fertilizer distribution management system, China's fertilizer application management system, registration and management system for China's fertilizer, fertilizer inspection and testing system and standard system, Fertilizer legislation, legal environment and supervision and management system, China's manure management system and the legislative framework and other aspects of the discussion.
Fertilizer, food grain, farmers increase production, one of the most important safeguard. But the lack of relevant laws, resulting in chemical fertilizer production, circulation, fertilizer and other links on many issues, not only harms the interests of farmers, it also undermines the state and business interests in urgent need of legislation. This project aims to unite all forces of all walks of life for our country's first law, the establishment of fertilizer to contribute. (Also children)
