According to industry statistics of news release (below), October crude oil 16.52 million tons, down 6.0%; crude oil imports 19.88 million tons, up 0.4%; 33.7 million tons of crude oil, refined oil output 20.53 million tons, up basically the same; apparent consumption of refined oil 21.24 million tons, an increase of 3.4%, up 7.3% of gasoline and diesel increased by 2.2%; end of October, oil stocks were reduced slightly, increased year on year.
 1-10 months, production of 168.35 million tons of crude oil, up 0.8%; imported 208.85 million tons of crude oil, up 8.6%; 337.07 million tons of crude oil, up 3.8%; production of 204.77 million tons of refined oil, an increase of 4.4%, of which diesel 12674 million tons, up 3.9%; apparent consumption of refined oil 201.84 million tons, an increase of 5.6%, of which 59.89 million tons of gasoline, an increase of 7.4%, diesel 127.04 million tons, an increase of 4.7%.
