According to Xiamen Customs statistics, from January to April in 2016, Fujian Province fertilizer exports 38.7 million tons, an increase of 37.7%, of which in the month of April export 8.1 million tons, grew 35.6 percent, which is since November 2015, Fujian Province fertilizer monthly exports for six months kept year-on-year growth.
Data show that ASEAN is the largest fertilizer export market in Fujian Province, 1~4 month total exports of tons, an increase of 48.8%. In addition, the same period of Sri Lanka's exports of tons, an increase of 3.3 times the amount of exports to Guatemala, a total of 3 tons in 2015 compared to the same period, the total amount of 85.3% of the total exports of chemical fertilizers in the same period in Fujian province. Export varieties with ammonium sulfate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and urea, which exports ammonium sulfate 19.7 million tons, increase of 10.3%; export diammonium hydrogen phosphate 5.9 million tons, an increase of 1.2 times; Urea Export 4.8 million tons, an increase of 1.2 times; the three together accounted for 78.6% of the total fertilizer exports for the same period in Fujian Province.
According to Xiamen Customs sources, the private enterprise is Fujian fertilizer exports as the main force, from January to April in total exports of 25.8 million tons, up 41.3%, 66.7% over the same period in Fujian Province fertilizer exports (the same below); state-owned enterprises exported 11.8 million tons, increase of 22.9%, accounted for 30.5%; exports of 1.1 million tons of enterprises with foreign investment, increased by 3.4 times, accounting for 2.8%.
