As a key consulting project of the Chinese Academy of engineering, 2017 China coal enterprises scientific capacity list was released in Beijing on 4 th. The index system provides a reference standard for "what is the advanced production capacity of the coal industry".
This ranking is the main research result of the key consulting project of the Chinese Academy of engineering, "coal safety, high efficiency, green mining technology and strategic research". To participate in the evaluation of the 406 mines, there are 347 coal mines belonging to the scientific scope of production, accounting for the total number of evaluation of mine 85.47%.
Project leader, Chinese Academy of Engineering Xie Heping said that China's coal industry transformation and upgrading, to production has become the inevitable development of industry, but not to production capacity, but the development of advanced production capacity, eliminate backward production capacity. The scientific capacity of coal gives the definition and standard of what is advanced production capacity.
Xie Heping introduction, coal science productivity index system covers safety, green, high efficiency, including production safety, occupation health, energy saving and environmental protection, recycling, resource conservation, mechanization degree and production efficiency of the 7 level indicators and the death rate per million tons, occupation health inspection rate, land subsidence rate, coal production management personnel the efficiency of 14 level two indexes. Among them, more than one of the indicators of safety accidents implemented a veto.
It is understood that the coal science productivity index data with coal resources, storage conditions and mine management level has a great relationship. Resource area with good score is high, five major coal producing area in Jin Shan Meng Ning Gan District was the highest; the well type structure, more than 10 million tons of large coal mine were significantly higher than those in the small coal mine, fully reflects the technical direction of the elimination of backward production capacity.
Vice president of Chinese Coal Industry Association, the party secretary Liang Jiakun said that the association will support the China coal enterprise scientific capacity and ranking of safe and efficient mine index system together, as the reference standard of industry management.
