On April 12, the launching ceremony of the Party Building Alliance between the Electrical Instrument Branch Committee of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. and the Government, Enterprise and Business Branch Committee of Fuyang Branch of China Telecom was held in Fuyang Branch of China Telecom. Huang Zhen, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Fuyang Branch of China Telecom, Gao Yulei, deputy secretary and deputy general manager of the Party Committee of Haoyuan Group, attended the launching ceremony.

Gao Yulei and Huang Zheng delivered speeches at the meeting respectively. At the meeting, Chen Dawei, Secretary of the Electrical Instrument Branch of Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and Li Jiming, Secretary of the Business and Government Branch of Fuyang Branch of China Telecom Co., Ltd., signed a cooperative agreement for the construction of the Party Alliance.

Gao Yulei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, and Huang Zhen, member of the Party Committee of Fuyang Branch of China Telecom, jointly unveiled the party building alliance.
