Zhao Liang, Deputy District Mayor of Yingdong District, Liu Haibo, Director of the Materials Industry Department of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Yan Xin, Deputy Director of the District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Zhang Haisheng, Deputy General Manager of the company, and Mr. Tao, Director of the Demolition Office, accompanied them.

Liu Hui and his team conducted on-site inspections of key areas such as production equipment areas and material storage areas, carefully checked the cutting and cleaning of equipment pipelines, listened carefully to Zhang Haisheng's special report on the completion progress of the relocation project, and reviewed relevant archival materials such as equipment replacement plans, safety and environmental emergency response plans, and material disposal records.

After comprehensive verification, the acceptance team has determined that the equipment pipelines of Haoyuan's original factory have been cut off according to standards and professionally cleaned. The site has been thoroughly cleaned without any residue, and all materials have been disposed of in compliance with regulations. All power supply facilities have been dismantled in place, and the main production equipment has undergone functional transformation, completely eliminating safety and environmental hazards. All indicators meet the requirements of the acceptance standards. The acceptance team sets requirements for the progress of the next stage of work.
