On June 16th, a symposium on the reform of the construction of the industrial worker team in Fuyang City was held in Haoyuan Park. Wang Lingling, member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Fuyang City Federation of Trade Unions, attended and presided over the meeting. Liu Tao, Secretary of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Yingdong District Federation of Trade Unions, Zhang Haisheng, Deputy General Manager and Union Chairman of Haoyuan Company, Qi Wei, Vice Chairman of the Union, and Zhao Wenhua, Deputy Director of the Enterprise Management Department, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Wang Lingling fully affirmed the achievements of Haoyuan Group in the pilot reform of industrial worker team construction, and conducted in-depth research on skills training, career development, salary and benefits for industrial workers. The meeting emphasized that the reform of the construction of the industrial worker team is a major reform personally planned, deployed, and guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping. It is a strategic and comprehensive decision and deployment of the Party and the state, as well as a major political task entrusted by the Party Central Committee to trade union organizations to take the lead in overall management. Enterprises should further play a leading role, actively adapt to the development needs of new quality productivity, promote the comprehensive development of industrial workers, and fully leverage the role of industrial workers as the main force in social modernization construction. The Municipal Federation of Trade Unions will also carefully sort out the opinions and suggestions collected, make the work of industrial reform more solid and detailed, provide strong guarantees for the construction of the industrial workforce, and promote greater achievements in the reform of the construction of the industrial workforce in Fuyang.
