On December 10, Zhang Shaowei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, led a delegation to visit Haoyuan to deliver a lecture on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. During the visit, they conducted research on the company's production operations and key project developments. Fan Diancai, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the company, accompanied them and provided a work report.

Zhang Shaowei went deep into the production front line, inspecting the operation of production facilities in the park on-site, with a focus on understanding the chemical production process, safety management, product structure, and market dynamics.

Subsequently, during the presentation, Fan Diancai first reported on the planning of certain projects for Haoyuan Company during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, including the company's first batch of key projects and supporting initiatives. These primarily cover three major sectors: high-performance new materials, green and low-carbon biomass, and high-end fine chemicals, with some projects already under construction.

Fan Diancai expressed his gratitude to the municipal Party committee, municipal government, and various departments for their long-term care and support of Haoyuan Company. The company will steadfastly pursue a sustainable development path, with industrial agglomeration as the foundation, energy efficiency and high performance as the core, green circular economy as the soul, and intelligent manufacturing as the wings.

Zhang Shaowei closely adhered to the theme of the plenary session and thoroughly elaborated on the significant importance of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee. He emphasized that studying and implementing the spirit of the plenary session is a major political task for the present and the near future.
